WORLD ENVIRONMENT DAY

The theme of the world environment Day 2023 is "BEAT PLASTIC POLLUTION". The event for the day started with an inauguration ceremony. The Chief guest Ms. Bhargavi, Programme Manager, Urban System Labs at the Socrates Foundation. A Small note was shared by the Chief Guest about the major 3 R's. An oath was taken by the Principal, staff and students to retain the use of plastic in our daily lives. Ms. Bhargavi flagge off the Walkathon.

The day was continued by the Green Walkathon organized by the Interact Club, Where a distance of 850 mts was covered and slogans and placards were shown about hoe to reduce plastic usage and how to prevent the Environment from plastic pollution.
