The morning assembly was meaningfully conducted by the students of II H and II I on the thought-provoking theme “Anti-Tobacco Day.” The programme aimed at creating awareness among students about the harmful effects of tobacco consumption and encouraging a healthy, tobacco-free lifestyle.
The assembly began with the prayer and thought for the day. Students presented an impactful mime show highlighting the dangers of tobacco addiction and its effects on health and society. A short and meaningful skit was also performed, portraying real-life situations related to peer pressure and tobacco usage. The performances were informative, engaging, and effectively conveyed the importance of making healthy and responsible life choices. The assembly concluded with the pledge and a strong message by our Principal, Sr. Elizabeth Leo, encouraging everyone to stay away from tobacco and promote a tobacco-free society.
