BLOOD DONATION AND DIABETES CONTROL CAMP

As part of NSS activities, St. Charles Women’s PU College conducted a Blood Donation Camp and a Diabetes Control Camp on Parents Orientation Day, 13th September 2025. The initiative aimed to promote community health awareness and encourage students, parents, and staff to contribute to social welfare.

The Blood Donation Camp witnessed active participation by parents, volunteers, and staff, who generously donated blood to support local healthcare needs. Simultaneously, the Diabetes Control Camp provided free blood sugar testing, counseling, and guidance on maintaining a healthy lifestyle, with health professionals assisting participants and offering valuable preventive care advice.

The activity was highly successful, fostering a spirit of social responsibility, health awareness, and community service. The NSS unit extends heartfelt gratitude to all participants, especially the parents, for their enthusiastic involvement and support.
