NSS Awareness Program on ‘Cleanliness and Save Water’

On 11th September 2025, the NSS unit of St. Charles Women’s PU College organized a meaningful activity focused on cleanliness and water conservation. The drive aimed to create awareness among students and the college community about the importance of maintaining hygiene and conserving water, two essential aspects of sustainable living.
The activity began with a briefing by Mrs. Lyta and Ms. Sumathi, who highlighted the significance of cleanliness in our surroundings and the urgent need to save water. Informative sessions and demonstrations were conducted to showcase practical ways to reduce water wastage and adopt eco friendly habits in daily life. Volunteers also distributed posters and handouts to encourage peers and community members to follow water conservation practices.The NSS unit expresses sincere gratitude to Mrs. Lyta and Ms. Sumathi for their guidance and support in making this activity impactful and memorable.
