"Stress management" session for teachers is a vital initiative aimed at equipping educators with practical tools and strategies to cope with the demands of their profession and personal life. This beneficial session was conducted by our Principal Dr. Sr. Nancy kutinho at St. Charles PU college campus on 22nd October.During the session, participants engaged in discussions about the unique stressors they face, such as workload, classroom dynamics, personal equations with family and also wrote down the steps to take in order to help their personal mental health. Activities included mindfulness exercises, time management techniques, and peer support discussions, fostering a sense of community and shared experience. By providing teachers with coping mechanisms and promoting self-care, the session helped to create a more resilient and balanced teaching environment, ultimately benefiting both educators and their students.
