St. Charles Women’s PU College, Bengaluru, secured 2nd place in the “Trash to Treasure” competition organized by the Archdiocese of Bangalore on 3rd October 2025. The competition, themed “Season of Creation”, encouraged participants to creatively repurpose waste materials into functional or artistic items. The winning team from St. Charles Women’s PU College comprised Sharoi J. and Susanna Y., who showcased remarkable innovation and environmental awareness by transforming discarded materials into sustainable creations. Their efforts not only earned them the second-place award but also highlighted the college’s commitment to environmental stewardship and promoting sustainable practices among students.
