INTER-COLLEGE TALUK AND DISTRICT LEVEL GIRLS KHO-KHO TOURNAMENT 2025

On 29th September 2025, the Department of School Education, in collaboration with St. Charles Women’s PU College, successfully organized the Inter-College Taluk and District Level Girls Kho-Kho Tournament 2025 at Dr. Ambedkar Football Ground, Periyar Nagar, Bengaluru.

The inaugural ceremony was graced by Mr. A.C. Srinivas, MLA of Pulakeshinagar Constituency, Frazer Town, as the Chief Guest. The event was further honoured by the presence of Sri Palaksha, Deputy Director, Bengaluru North Department of School Education, as the Guest of Honour, and Dr. Sr. Nancy Cutinho, Principal of St. Charles Women’s PU College, as the Special Invitee.

The tournament witnessed enthusiastic participation from colleges across the taluk and district, with young women athletes showcasing exceptional skill, sportsmanship, and team spirit. The event served as a dynamic platform to promote physical fitness, healthy competition, and empowerment through sports.

St. Charles Women’s PU College played a significant role in the smooth coordination and successful execution of the event, contributing to its overall success. The tournament concluded with a felicitation ceremony, recognizing the efforts of the winning teams and outstanding players, and reinforcing the college’s ongoing commitment to supporting and encouraging women’s participation in sports.
