Staff Orientation

A staff orientation was conducted by Dr. Jonas Richard J. on “Psychosocial Understanding of Gen Z Students.” The session provided deep insights into the mindset and behavior of today’s learners while also focusing on the happiness and wellbeing of teachers.

Dr. Jonas addressed contemporary challenges such as “Quiet Quitting,” “Guilt Ride,” “Moral Orphans,” the need for modern teaching rooted in values and the challenges of the 21st century educators. He emphasized that happy, emotionally balanced teachers create positive learning environments that inspire students to grow holistically.The session encouraged educators to find meaning and joy in their profession, nurture self-care, and build genuine connections with students. It concluded with an interactive discussion that left the participants refreshed, motivated, and appreciative of their vital role in shaping the new generation.
